Inside Sales Executive (Tele Sales)
The successful candidate will be the company’s internal point of contact for all communication requirements to our customer base and to qualify and develop new leads. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and responding to customer inquiries, questions or complaints.
This role requires the ability to provide excellent customer support as well as solid organizational and tracking skills.
The ideal person should possess:
· 2-3 years of Outbound Tele Sales experience. Experience in B2B markets would be an added advantage
· Minimum1- 2 years of prior experience in an international BPO is a must
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, in English is a must
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong organizational skills
· High energy level and the ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
· Proven tele marketing skills
· A willingness to work in the night shift
· Sound knowledge in I.T
· A pleasing personality with the Right Attitude
Working hours- US & European hours
- 12 to 9 pm
Duties &Responsibilities:
· Responsibilities include routine inside sales duties; daily outbound calls to customers, providing information on products and preparing quotes
· The ability to follow up on projects and coordinate communications with Outside Sales and Engineering on changes and customer requests
· Order management duties; daily processing and coordination of purchase orders, providing customer acknowledgments, lead times and quotes
