Should be a professional with excellent academic records, preferably with a degree from a recognized university
Diploma in Human Resource Management from IPM or equivalent qualification.
Should have minimum 05 years of experience in similar capacity
Should be fully conversant with all aspect of industrial & labor laws and must be familiar with the all modern HR
Strategies and administration procedures.
Should have knowledge and skills in manpower planning & recruitment, Training & Development procedures, salaries & wages administration, performance appraisal systems & disciplinary procedures.
